Refriaméricas strengthens its relevance for the HVAC sector in LATAM thanks to its strategic alliances

Refriaméricas alianzas 2023

Latin America. The Exhibition and the Academic Congress of Refiriamericas, which will take place at the Puerto Rico Convention Center (CCPR) from July 26 to 27, for its 2023 version, has strategic alliances with associations and institutions that strengthen its relevance for the HVAC sector in the region.

Duván Chaverra, Chief Editor of ACR Latinoamérica magazine and Academic Director of this event, commented: "We have managed to make very important alliances with entities and associations, both local and international, that will help us bring the message of Refriaméricas to many more professionals in the industry. These entities will also have the opportunity to benefit their members with an active participation in the congress and in the commercial exhibition of the Puerto Rico event."

The associations and institutions that are part of the alliances that Refriaméricas has, are 5, which include the College of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians of Puerto Rico, the US Green Building Council Chapter of Puerto Rico, the Academy of Technical Fundamentals, the Americ AC association, and the iiar.

It is worth noting the function of some of these, in the first place, the College of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians of Puerto Rico, Inc., was created under Law 36 of May 20, 1970 "as a non-profit entity, and is, as explained on its website, the representative body of the profession that groups Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians of Puerto Rico", with licenses authorized to practice the profession in that country. Next to this educational institution is the US Green Building Council Chapter of Puerto Rico.

At the level of Colombia is the Academy of Technical Fundamentals, an academy "with a technical approach for the study of engineers, potential architects and graduates, to strengthen their knowledge in the different areas of performance, always promoting progress in the skills and competencies of our students, because we are sure that knowledge has no limits or borders. "

On the other hand, the Americ AC, also known as the Mexican Association of Companies of the Construction Facilities Branch, A.C. is the leading institution that brings together and represents for 46 years companies in the Construction Facilities Industry in the: Energy sector, ICT sector, Hydraulic sector and Air Conditioning sector.

Finally, at the international level there is the presence of iiar, (International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration), in Spanish The International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration, an organization that defines itself as "the world's first defender of the safe, reliable and efficient use of ammonia and other natural refrigerants".

In conclusion, these five allied organizations give an account of the commitment that Refriaméricas has with its audience and the international projection of this event.
