Sony updates its portable air conditioning system

Sony Aire acondicionado portátilInternational. Sony launched the second version of its portable air conditioning system called Reon Pocket, which includes several better ones such as offering twice the absorption of heat level.

Reon Pocket is a new type of portable thermal device that can directly cool or heat the body surface of the body contact part. Since it supports both cold and heat, you can use it in both "summer" and "winter", and you can set the temperature according to the person with the dedicated smartphone app with excellent operability. It is used by placing it around your neck with a special neckband or special underwear.

Some new features of the computer
- "Level 4" with up to twice the endothermic performance
It is equipped with a thermal module called the Peltier element. A Peltier element is a semiconductor module that cools on one side and heats up on the other when energized. It allows to give more power to the thermal module through the new design of the drive circuit. As a result, despite its small size and light weight, it achieves an endothermic performance 1 up to about double compared to conventional models.

- Transmits mild and strong cold temperature
The hot and cold parts that come into contact with the skin are made of stainless steel "SUS316L", which has high strength and is easy to transmit the cold, and is also used for wristwatches.

- It has an evolved structure resistant to water and sweat
Various internal parts are effectively sealed, and the dustproof and drip-proof design makes it possible to operate in harsh environments.

The equipment also features an Automatic Mode that offers multiple sensors mounted on the main unit that detect temperature and behavior (standing/walking) within the main unit and hot/cold parts, and automatically adjust to the appropriate temperature level. It uses the unique motion detection technology developed at Sony's R&D center to detect behaviors. This technology, which detects a person's walking movement in real time, allows for proper temperature control.
