Full Gauge controllers and system equip smart cabinets

Coontroladores Full Gauge ControlsInternational. Full Gauge Controls announced that its controllers and systems equip different cabinets distributed in many countries in America, Europe and Oceania, spaces that are used to withdraw online purchases made in supermarkets.

The company exports to a Chinese industry, responsible for the manufacture of the cabinets. The great differential of the product is to offer stations for frozen and refrigerated, guaranteeing the conservation of all types of food.

According to the deputy manager of the Chinese industry responsible for the manufacture of the equipment, the fact of offering the possibility of remote management of the facilities is very important for its customers: the companies that acquire and manage these collection stations. One of the functions of the Sitrad Pro, from Full Gauge Controls, is the sending of alarms, whenever a parameter is not within what was previously established. Once, one of these companies received alarms sent by the system that reported the increase in temperature inside the cabinets. They immediately acted on the cause of the problem, avoiding the waste of stored products.

In the structure of the cabinets, the Chinese manufacturer chose to use the TC-900E Log controllers, for frozen, and the MT-512E Log, used in this case for refrigerated, both connected to the Sitrad Pro, to guarantee the remote control of the operation of each installation. The system is offered free (www.sitrad.com/es), and to access the information it is only necessary to have a device (tablets, computer or cell phone) connected to the Internet and with the Full Gauge Controls controllers in the installation. "Applications like this reinforce that we are on the right track, with our instruments facilitating the routine of people around the world," says Rodnei Peres, Deputy Commercial Director of Full Gauge Controls. For Peres, it is important to note that the company is on the opposite side of most manufacturers, as it exports its technology to the Chinese, in addition to being present in more than 63 countries.

The product, developed about four years ago, is currently marketed to countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia and Chile, as well as several markets in Europe. Normally the collection stations, composed of several units, are located at strategic points in the chosen cities. For the end user, the process is very simple: you just have to make online purchases normally and, at checkout, choose where you would like to pick them up. The buyer receives an email with the code for the pickup and, upon arrival at the established station, enters that number, and the correct door will open. It is a fast and safe operation, which has Brazilian technology to simplify the lives of consumers.
