International. Intarcon announced a new reinforcement for its management team by recently incorporating Germán Gil, in order to achieve the successful implementation of the brand's new strategic plan, as well as the improvement of quality and service to its customers and collaborators.
Germán Gil, former Director of Business Development for The Americas of the group, will assume the functions of Commercial Director of Intarcon, taking responsibility for the good progress of sales in the national and international market, prescription and Project Managers.
"Germán Gil has extensive experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning sectors, and we are convinced that his incorporation into the management team will be a great boost that will allow us to address the decisive Strategic Plan for the promotion and transformation of our firm into a large company, assuming the expansion and growth of Intarcon, consolidating the relationship with our customers and collaborators, and reinforcing the daily attention that we profess to you, "says the official statement of the company.
For his part, Javier Cano, to date Commercial Director, assumes the General Subdirectorate of Intarcon, being responsible for the areas of Strategy, Marketing, Customer Solutions Engineering and Training. The remaining positions of the management team will continue under the same direction as to date, with José María Raya, as General Director of Intarcon; María del Carmen Morales, as Director of Administration; Eduardo López, as Chief Financial Officer; Francisco Serrano, as Director of Industrial Operations; and Antonio Sánchez, as Director of the Technical Office.
Strategic Plan 2021-2025
This change will be a great boost that will allow the company to expand its structure to be able to address the decisive Strategic Plan 2021-2025 of transformation of the company that will have a wide impact on several levels and that will involve the expansion and growth of the firm.
The Strategic Plan will include the execution of a new production plant of 20,000 square meters of factory and office, where the manufacturing service will be optimized. It will also include the implementation of a Digital Transformation Plan that will allow the increase of quality and service levels, as well as the expansion of the market that covers the five continents.
The brand also predicts that the next four years will also be a decisive moment for the development of new more efficient and environmentally friendly products aimed at fulfilling its commitment to the United Nations Global Sustainable Development Goals 2030. Likewise, we will continue to assume responsibility with society and the environment in the development of R + D + i, working on the inclusion of the use of natural refrigerants, such as propane, CO2 and ammonia.
