Mexico. Danfoss announced a new training initiative for its distribution channel through the Refrigeration Technicians and Rough podcast, in which it will carry out its auditory and permanent training strategy so that installers at any time and anywhere can access in a timely manner.
The podcast is the new way to interact with your distributors and installers of solutions and will allow you to solve problems with the installation, expeditiously or clarify immediate doubts on site and above all offer the last mile support service to customers. This tool is presented with iconic characters of Mexican popular culture, will be biweekly and in its first season will have 12 episodes that will talk about the "Refrigeration systems and basic concepts". The main characters are Daniel "Dan" and the Viking "Foss", wrestling professionals. Technicians represent respect for the rules, fair play and honor.
The podcast is basically a talk between two technicians about what the right way to do things is. One of them will have a more scientific, more conservative approach, while the other will have a more practical approach, with a lot of energy and drive.
"Technological tools give us the possibility to innovate, hearing training has that purpose, and through various characters we generate awareness in our distribution channel of a good installation through the best practices of the refrigeration industry," said Xavier Casas, General Director of Danfoss Mexico.
The first Season of Refrigeration Technicians and Rough has 12 episodes on different cutting-edge topics such as evaporative cooling, the phenomenon of condensation, the differences between different types of refrigerants, the cooling system and its components, evaporation control, the advantages of placing correct valves, among other topics. The podcast will be available on major platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcast, among others.
