Panasonic confirms agreement with Systemair

International. As part of the Climatización & Refrigeración fair in Madrid, Panasonic announced its agreement with Systemair to develop integrated and sustainable HVAC/R solutions for the commercial and residential sectors.

"The collaboration between Panasonic and Systemair will allow the two companies to benefit from the accumulated technology and experience of both companies, as well as set new trends within the European HVAC/R market," panasonic said.

The partnership will take place in several phases from the launch of the new ECOi-W series with the Chiller system. In a first phase, Panasonic will present a new range of efficient and environmentally friendly heat and cooling pumps.

"Equipped with Systemair's innovative cooling technology, these new integrated solutions are fully customizable, offering tailor-made solutions for specific projects (including commercial sector projects) to fully meet the demands and requirements of users," the company said.

Systemair and Panasonic collaborate, the companies have specified, "closely" to develop technologies and specifications that will be incorporated into the Chillers system. The aim is to create more efficient and respectful chillers and/or heat pumps in order to lead the European market. To all this, the use of the Smart Cloud interface will be added, for remote control and maintenance easily and quickly.

Both parties will integrate seamlessly; on the one hand, the ventilation developed by Systemair for optimal indoor air quality (IAQ) and on the other, Panasonic's advanced residential and commercial heat pumps, in addition to its control and connectivity technology. By taking a comprehensive and collaborative approach, the two companies will create a strong new value proposition to satisfy users who increase HVAC&R requirements in residential and commercial sectors.
