Danfoss announced an agreement to acquire the remote control business of the Spanish company Ikusi, a company specialized in the field of telecommunications networks and wireless remote controls, which includes equipment and technologies for the operation and wireless control of truck-mounted cranes, winches, off-road machines and other applications.
With this acquisition, Danfoss reflects a strategic focus on utilizing connectivity as a competitive advantage.

The remote control business will be integrated into the danfoss Power Solutions business segment.
