Colombia. In its first version, Construye Sostenible Cali, Regional Sustainability Forum of the Colombian Council for Sustainable Construction (CCCS), presents a strategic and relevant agenda for the evolution of the region's construction industry towards integral sustainability and the generation of multiple business opportunities in green markets.
The agenda of the day, which will be held on May 31 at the Club of Executives of Cali, includes conferences, a panel of experts and case studies, which will allow sharing the technical and public policy elements essential for the successful implementation of comprehensive sustainability measures in the cities of Valle del Cauca and update on the important advances in terms of to existing regulations and incentives for sustainable construction, which will facilitate the structuring of sustainable real estate projects of all uses, in a cost-efficient and competitive manner.
Construye Sostenible Cali will share the strategies successfully applied for the structuring of sustainable and cost-efficient real estate projects based on current regulations and the available tax and financial incentives, which are the result of recent regulations to promote sustainable construction in the country. They will allocate a space to the analysis of successful projects where public policies and the commitment of the private sector achieve significant changes in the quality of spaces for training.
