Brazil. Frigo King, a Brazilian company in the low-temperature transport market, located in Santa Catarina, launched a new product developed in the Design Export, a program of the Brazilian Agency for the Promotion of Exports and Investments (Apex-Brazil) and the Brazil Design Center (CBD).
This is the Titan900, refrigeration equipment for transport of the Titan line built in light and resistant chassis, with structure with special antioxidant treatment and a dynamic that attenuates the vibration of the Yanmar Diesel Engine, cooled by water that drives the compressor.
"The equipment works independently of the vehicle, it has a 3-Cylinder Diesel engine that makes the equipment work even if the truck engine is off, in addition, it has an electric Stand by system that allows the unit to be connected in three-phase electric current 220/380 and work in electric mode", said Robison Silva, export sales manager at Frigo king.
The Titan line brings the smart start system - which automatically drives the diesel engine in case of lack of electric power - and the exclusive easy connection system, which dispenses the buttons and keys-selector of operation for choice of diesel or electric, voltage (220v or 380v three-phase). "It is much more practical for the driver, who does not need to have experience to place the equipment to work," says Marcos Augusto Pordeus de Paula, director of Frigo King.
The micro-processed cab controller allows real-time access and temperature settings in up to two chambers, diesel engine rotation and temperature, working pressure, phase voltage and fault alert. "The aerodynamics of the product were carefully thought out, as it directly interferes with the performance of the vehicle in which it is installed," says Marcos.
