Costa Rica. On March 10, the National Congress of Air Conditioning (Refricon) will be held in the city of San José, which will be held at the Hotel San José Palacio, from 8: 30 am to 5: 30 p.m.
This congress, which is organized by the company Refrimundo for its clients, will include the following themes:
· The Internet of Things, with Engineer William Sánchez. ISA
· Trends in Energy Efficiency, with Eng. Agustín Rodríguez Carvajal, Associate Consultant in Environment and Energy of the Chamber of Industries.
· National Energy Plan, with Diego Cordero, Energy Efficiency Coordinator of Inteco.
In addition, the congress will feature the participation of Michael LaGiglia, Senior Manager, International Affairs Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute. An entity that visits the country for the first time, and will address the following topics:
- What is AHRI?
- What is the value of having a non-certified vrs certified product?
- How does AHRI promote innovation and energy efficiency in all its products and equipment in its members?
- AHRI and refrigerants.
- How should the SEER of the equipment be interpreted in applications where we do not have 4 weather stations?
- Certification of the VRF AHRI 1230 (why it is little known).
