Latin America. The Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Center, Creaaca, in Venezuela, announced that it has been expanding its services on a regional scale in countries such as Colombia, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Miami to offer specialized technical training in refrigeration and air conditioning.
Creaaca, was born in Venezuela in 2005 in response to the opportunity to deploy entrepreneurial forces that was opened within the framework of the implementation of the programs of the Montreal Protocol, relating to the reduction of substances that deplete the ozone layer.
Since then, the center has trained more than 6,000 technicians in the areas of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning, industrial refrigeration, automotive refrigeration and good refrigeration practices. Likewise, they supported the transfer of gas recovery technologies and work tools to more than 1,800 technicians.
The programmatic contents of Creaaca deepen innovation and new trends in HVAC/R. "The environment requires us to constantly review and analyze national and international standards, the technical profile of new equipment, the guidelines on the final disposal of refrigerant gases, the updates in terms of installation, diagnosis and preventive maintenance of the systems, as well as complementary skills and attitudes required by technicians to provide quality services, adhering to codes of ethics and good practices," said Osmer Enrique Castillo, CEO of Creaaca.
