International. Aspen Pumps, manufacturer of pumps and accessories for condensate removal, celebrated its 25th anniversary last December, after its creation in 1992.
The East Sussex-based business has seen continued growth in 2017 following the launch of a large number of innovative products; a number of key business acquisitions; as well as its core market for condensate pumps that the company says is going "from strength to strength."
The company saw further expansion due to the acquisitions of Salina SAS by Aspen Pumps Group; a French distributor of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, adding an administrative office in Paris and an operational center in Normandy. Then followed the investment in JAVAC UK, one of the UK's leading air conditioning and refrigeration (ACR) tool specialists. This year also marked the 25th anniversary of its iconic Mini Orange condensate pump, one of Aspen's first products on the market that is as popular now as it was in 1992.
Commitment to innovation, industry expertise and global marketing achievements have seen the business flourish. In the last 10 years alone, Aspen has tripled in size and is the only ACR auxiliary business with global reach, operating in more than 100 countries worldwide and with commercial premises on four continents.
"2017 has been another great year for Aspen Pumps Group," said Adrian Thompson, CEO of Aspen Pumps. "We have continued our global expansion through acquisitions, investment in sales resources and product innovation. Overall, the Group has achieved record growth; all of this is due to the hard work and dedication of the Aspen team."
