United States. The International Association of Distributors of Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HARDI) will hold on December 4 and 5 the official opening of the Mexican division of HARDI, which will be held at the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas.
The objective of this convention is to be able to inform the Distributors and Manufacturers who will participate how each of the four pillars of HARDI works and how using these pillars to make them more profitable, efficient and better position the business in the long term.
As explained by Guitze Messina, Executive Director Mexico of HARDI, the events were organized to explain each pillar of HARDI as follows:
Networking: In HARDI networking has 2 forms, the first is to share with other distributors in the USA who share their best practices and this helps us improve our business. In this event, we will present a distributor who has had a successful generational change and how they handle technology to have new ideas.
The second part of the networking is relationship with manufacturers: We will have more than 200 stands with the main brands of the HVACR industry and the main software to manage distribution companies.
Training: We will have 2 NY Times Best Sellers authors talking about digital marketing and how to carry a successful sales message. To culminate the main pilot of the Blue Angels will dictate the conference, "How to manage a high efficiency team".
Benchmarking: We will present the platforms that HARDI uses to provide market information, from what are the trends and sales growth as the variables that each distributor must measure and compare to improve the effectiveness of their company.
Government Relationship: Any legislation affecting the industry, HARDI is pending to inform and try to influence in a way that its consequences are not adverse to the industry. On this occasion we will have the report: "What is really happening in the NAFTA negotiation"
HARDI is a recognized association in North America that brings together manufacturers and distributors of the HVACR industry and has been doing this type of events for more than 80 years. This has a special connotation for the Latin American Family for being the official launch of the Mexican division. We are waiting for you.
