International. The International Association of Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Distributors (HARDI) has launched a new component for the HARDI Talent resource offering to members: the Conference in a Course series.
HARDI members will now be able to access seminars and videotaped sessions from HARDI Focus Conferences, starting with this year's supply chain excellence and strategic leadership and finance events.
For Mexico, where HARDI has now been working hard, the lectures will also be recorded and translated into Spanish. Likewise, "we will make conferences focused by topic as in the USA and these will be held in Mexico with simultaneous translation and we will also record them so that more people in the organizations can receive the message," said Guitze Messina, HARDI's representative in Mexico.
"The Conference in a Course is a great opportunity for attendees of our Focus Conference to access and review information from our conferences, as well as to share this content with others in their companies in order to maximize the value gained from attending," said Nick Benton, manager of training and human resources solutions. Attendees of hardi's respective focus conferences receive free access to recorded course offerings from that event.
"One theme that comes up with our annual Focus Conference program is that there are always some people who would love to attend but have a scheduling conflict," Benton continued. "HARDI Focus Conferences are also great resources that more HARDI members should be aware of and take advantage of. The Conference in a Course allows members to get the educational content they missed, as well as give potential attendees a sense of the value they can expect at a HARDI Focus Conference."
