Colombia. The Colombian Association of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (ACAIRE), through its Western Chapter, of which Camilo Botero, consultant and columnist of ACR, is president, is preparing the IV International Congress of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, which will be held from July 26 to 28 in the city of Cali.
The central themes of the congress, which is divided into several rooms, will cover the following themes:
- Energy efficiency, sustainability, climate change, trends
- Building science: Air conditioning, acoustics, lighting, envelope and materials, fire control, kitchens and ICT.
- Normativity, training and certification
- Cold chain and refrigeration
The conference program also includes the NAFA Certification, the ASHRAE Certification and the ASHRAE Course.
The Congress, which will take place in Valle del Pacífico Event Center, will also have an exhibition space by different companies in the sector gathered in a single venue. More information in acaire.org
