International. The Report "Building the Business Case: Health, Wellbeing and Productivity in Green Offices" by the World Green Building Council of October 2016, and of which the Colombian Council for Sustainable Construction (CCCS) actively participated in the working groups, shows the benefits associated with sustainable real estate solutions that share the goal of improving the quality of life of the workplace.
The study compiles, in addition to the commercial advantages, the multiple benefits associated with sustainable construction, among which stand out the reduction in the number of days of disability due to occupational illness, an improvement in productivity rates and better social relations among workers, among others.
The report can be found by visiting the campaign actively supported by the CCCS and called Better Places for People (click here http://betterplacesforpeople.org/index.php/report-building-the-business-case/), which positions sustainable construction as a trend for building developers, owners and investors, and attracts the interest of the general public.
