The company Transclima, from Costa Rica, has been named by Carrier Transicold as Distributor of the Year 2015, during the last annual meeting Carrier Transicold's Americas Truck/Trailer/Rail.
Transclima has achieved recognition while commemorating its silver anniversary as a Distributor of Carrier Transicold, having joined the network and marketing in 1991.
"Transclima de Centroamérica has been a strong performer year after year, regardless of the economy," said Jesus Estrada, MANAGING DIRECTOR of Carrier Transicold Truck Trailer, Latin America. "In 2015, important steps were taken to strengthen its organization, which allowed for significant growth in its segment."
"With its clear customer orientation, and emphasis on customer service, Transclima has become a leading provider of cold chain solutions in Costa Rica," Estrada added. Transclima of Central America also received the NextLevel2 Perfect Score award, which recognizes the highest scores in key business areas.
The meeting was attended by representatives of Venezuela, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Canada, and the United States; the latter was won by the Southern States Utility of Richland, Mississippi.
