Systems include: condensing units and supermarket systems, standalone units and vending machines. The measures only refer to new equipment, while existing facilities using high GWP refrigerants would be allowed to continue serving and operating.
Canada will consider epa's rule under the SNAP Program as soon as it is ready. The Ministry launched a consultation process, inviting industry representatives and other stakeholders to submit their comments.
