Brazil. Carrier was one of the companies that participated with its teams in the air conditioning of the different stadiums of the last World Cup 2014.
There were seven stadiums in total that implemented Carrier's solutions to air condition the internal dependencies and other spaces aimed at spectators. The equipment installed were cold water condensing machines (chillers) and air treatment units.
The participation of chiller teams in the conditioning of the stadiums was 87.3%. The stadiums that used Carrier systems were Arena Maracanã, Arena Corinthians, Arena Pernambuco, Arena Fonte Nova, Arena Manaus, Arena Cuiabá and Arena das Dunas.
