Honduras. The explosion of an air conditioning compressor forced the evacuation of all people from the premises of the Property Institute of the city of Tegucigalpa.
Although the matter did not reach major, according to the Honduran Fire Department the accident occurred due to a failure in the pipe of the compressor of the equipment, which forced to remove all the personnel from the luar and cut the power.
Firefighters advised those in charge of the operation of the building to make more detailed maintenance reviews, focusing on the filters and ducts of the air conditioning and offered advice to the staff on how to act during an emergency.
Previously, this building was closed after registering a leak of toxic gases that affected several people, but opened its doors again by demonstrating through studies that it guaranteed the safety of people.
