To achieve this, the organization has been presenting in professional forums and hotel associations, a practical case in which a PAH simulation software (Hourly Analisys Program) achieves efficiency and significant economy in air conditioning facilities in this type of establishments.
Among the highlights of this program are an intelligent control system called Aquasmart with which the shit of the building is managed and adapted, differentiating periods of occupation / non-occupation; use of fan-coils that consume less energy and reduce sound levels; implementation of free-cooling, recovery of air heat, use of variable speed pumps, and an entire installation that achieves savings in energy consumption of up to 40%.
As Carrier assures, other novelties that include evident improvements in the energy management of a hotel establishment through the implementation of this program are "the recovery of heat in the refrigeration cycle for heating and the use of absorption chillers in cogeneration systems".
