Brazil. The Commercial sales channel, through Trane's network of accredited installers, now has a new executive. This is Marcelo Bortone, who goes on to lead the sales of this channel, throughout the territory of that country, with the aim of strengthening the relationship with the network of accredited and developing strategies for the expansion of business.
"Being at the forefront of the Commercial sales channel is a great challenge. I hope to add value in the day-to-day work carried out in Brazil and ensure the recognized quality of Trane's customer service from north to south of the country," says Bortone.
The executive joined Trane in 2001 as an apprentice. In 16 years of career he assumed various management positions, in several regions of Brazil, in the Commercial Channel, with relevant importance for the growth of Trane in Brazil throughout these years. Bortone has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (SP) and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management from Vila Velha University (ES).
"It is very satisfying to invest and promote talent within the company, mainly in positions of great importance, such as that for the Commercial Channel," says Luiz Moura, Managing Director of Trane in Brazil.
Bortone will be based in Trane's office in Lauro de Freitas (BA). "With this new position, we want to continue the process of expanding our market share, through the commercial strategy dedicated to offering differentiated solutions to HVAC installers throughout Brazil," Moura emphasized.
