Colombia. More than 100 people attended last Friday, April 12, the conference on lighting control in buildings, offered in the city of Bogotá by the Association of Modern Building Managers – AGEM.
The meeting, held at the facilities of the Nueva Granada Military University, focused mainly on publicizing the different current lighting control technologies, protocols, home automation and inmotics, as well as construction trends in Colombia, energy saving and LEED certification.
Similarly, Alejandro Amaya, controls engineer of Philips Colombia and who was the speaker during the day, dedicated a large space to solve the doubts and concerns of the attendees, offering some solutions for specific cases exposed by the building managers present.
The meeting concluded with the intervention of Oscar Gutiérrez, vice president of AGEM, who invited the building managers to continue working for the constitution of an organization that will unite them and ensure their interests.
