Colombia. Attendees at the academic congress of REFRIAMÉRICAS 2012 will have this Wednesday, June 20, the possibility of attending guided technical visits to some of the most important companies in their productive sectors in the city of Medellín, Colombia.
One of them will be to the plant of the Cervecería 3 Cordilleras, where you will be able to know first-hand the refrigeration processes that are advanced in this important paisa brewery.
In the same way, another group of attendees of the academic congress will have the opportunity to visit the plant of the company that produces food products in the poultry sector, Friko SA, in the La Miel sector, on the outskirts of Medellín.
The visits will include an extensive tour of the production plants, in which the cold processes of both companies will be known from the hand of experts.
The idea of these activities is to complement through real experiences the theoretical concepts that will be delivered on Thursday, June 21 and Friday, June 22 within the framework of the academic congress.
Also because the refrigeration sector in Colombia, the Andean Region and the Caribbean is one of our main objectives, as well as that of the attendees of the congress, so visits to the plants of these companies will significantly enrich the academic program and, in the same way, it will allow to know the processes that are currently advanced in terms of refrigeration.
