Uniweld
Uniweld's NV1 NitroVue is a nitrogen flow indicator for the HVAC industry. This unique tool simplifies nitrogen purge during copper pipe welding in air conditioning and refrigeration systems with easy reading of the flow indicator label and a precision adjustable valve to control the low flow of nitrogen gas.
The bright orange floating ball and tube are fortified and protected in the aluminum body with open windows for clear vision; this allows to confirm that the nitrogen is flowing and allows the technician to "purge" the copper lines at 20 + SCFH and then reduce the flow to "weld" to 3-5 SCFH during the welding process thus preserving their consumption and reducing cost operations.
The technician must simply open the valve of the NitroVue until the floating ball rises to the necessary area.
