Emerson's Copeland Scroll compressors now incorporate CoreSense Communication technology, with which teams can provide real-time diagnostic information on compressor operation to control the system.
When the compressor is used as a sensor, valuable internal system data can be accessed and monitored in real time by the controller, improving its performance and reliability by proactively shutting down the compressor to avoid any catastrophic failure.
Other advantages of CoreSense are asset protection and advanced algorithms, as well as a history of failures and LED indicators. Compressors with CoreSense allow technicians to diagnose the past and present state of the system, allowing for faster, more accurate diagnosis with less downtime.
