Conversion refrigerant
The Honeywell company presents genetron 402A (HP80) with its new alternative conversion refrigerant designed for medium and low temperature refrigeration systems using CFC-502.
Genetron is a ternary mixture of HFC-125, HC-290 and HCFC-22. Since this product contains hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC), a chemical subject to regulations, technicians should be aware that these regulations limit its use.
This cooling agent is a mixture that can be segregated, for this reason, it should only be loaded with liquid from the cylinder to the system. The product can be used in supermarket freezers, refrigerated cabinets, display cases and ice machines.
