Regal's commercial cooling engines include the GlacAir airflow solution that uses an axial flow electronically switched motor (ECM) design for higher efficiency commercial refrigeration applications such as display cases and chillers.
This line offers compact design options with a reduction of approximately one inch in the engine profile, allowing flexibility with engine placement, coupled with a low global warming potential (GWP).
The engine also provides a quieter airflow solution to complement smaller systems with lower ambient noise while also offering compatibility with natural coolant R-290 (propane) through the engine's ATEX certification.
