CALMAC Model C energy storage tanks, developed in response to customer requests for a more convenient location, these second-generation tanks offer multiple size options.
Among its benefits is that they can be screwed together, which eliminates most external pipes and results in a 20 percent smaller footprint requirement and greater location arrangement flexibility, reducing installation cost and installation time.
These are ideal for larger commercial and institutional buildings. It features a 100% welded polyethylene heat exchanger and improved reliability, virtually eliminating maintenance. The tank is available with pressure ratings up to 125 psi. Additionally, it has a cooler of sufficiently large size that it can move the entire load to periods of less activity.
