Daikin SmartSource water source heat pumps combine efficiencies with quiet operation. Additionally, it has high indoor air quality and consistent air temperatures.

It is noteworthy that SmartSource water source heat pumps are popular in a variety of construction applications including schools, clinics, office buildings, government, senior facilities, and new construction or modernization projects where high efficiency is a key requirement.

To help deliver those high efficiencies, SmartSource units incorporate standard ECM motors with field-selectable airflow configurations that run more efficiently than traditional PSC motors, and also provide better filtration and air distribution to a building.

Part-load EERs range from 26.1 to 29.8 for geothermal applications, making these units one of the most efficient available for heating and cooling a commercial space.
