Packaged systems
McQuay's new commercial packaged roof systems (from 3 to 50 tons) are ideal for one- to three-story buildings, including offices, schools, libraries and malls, as they combine low installation costs and interior space savings thanks to their system that is installed on the roof but with the same efficiency and maintenance costs as central air conditioning and heating systems.
Low-filtration dampers provide air resistance and help reduce energy costs. Dual cooling circuits improve confidence and easy access to components, which promotes constant maintenance and therefore cost reduction. Non-corrosive double-entry panels follow the ASHRAE 62.1 standard which helps improve indoor air quality.
