The Galician School of Public Administrations (EGAP) will hold on January 18 a seminar on the use of renewable energies and sustainable energy management in local entities within the framework of the 'E-Sol' project --local sustainable energy--.
This has been reported by the Xunta in a statement, in which it details that the information day aims to publicize the "potentialities" of use that renewable sources present for municipalities, as well as the different lines of help that the Energy Institute of Galicia (Inega) has for the use of renewable energies and for the promotion of savings and efficiency.
This meeting, free of charge, is mainly focused on local and regional administration personnel, as well as representatives of companies in the energy sector, although it is open to the general public. Those interested in attending must register online on the Inega website (www.inega.es) until January 11. Given the capacity limited to 280 people, the order of registration will be followed to accept applications.
Thus, on Tuesday, January 18, the director of Inega, Eliseo Diéguez, and the director of the EGAP, Pablo Figueroa, will open the seminar at 9.20 a.m. The program of the day, which will take place only in the morning, includes various conferences on sustainable energy management in local entities, as well as Inega aid for the promotion of savings and renewable energies and the expected results of the 'E-Sol' project.
