Mexico. Trane announced a key restructuring of its management team for Mexico and Latin America. The changes are part of a strategy to consolidate its presence in key markets and strengthen its offering of smart services.
Enrique Tello was appointed as the new general manager of Trane Mexico. With a career that began in 2011 as a sales engineer, Tello has led the development of customized solutions for clients, standing out for his strategic approach and knowledge of the national market.
"I am honored to assume this new role and continue to strengthen Trane's position in the country. I am committed to continuing to drive business growth in a sustainable way, offering solutions that truly generate value for all our customers," said Enrique.
For his part, Carlos García, who had served as Managing Director of Trane Mexico since 2019, was promoted to Vice President of Trane for Latin America. With 24 years of experience in the company, García has held leadership positions that have contributed to the sustained growth of the business, as well as the strengthening of the organizational culture.

The third move corresponds to Marcelo Martínez, who leaves the regional vice presidency to assume a new position as vice president of Smart Services for the Americas. This unit focuses on connected services, energy efficiency and sustainable value for Trane customers on the continent.
During his tenure in Latin America, Martinez led continued growth initiatives and received the 2024 Challenge Possible Award for his leadership.
