Germany. Construction of bitzer's Schaufler Academy, an international training center located in Rottenburg-Ergenzingen, began in August 2014. The 1,500m2 plant is scheduled to be completed in October this year and is currently in phase eight of its construction.
The Schaufler Academy will be the central training location for the company's customers and employees worldwide. The three-story building will be able to house several training courses at once, with five rooms for teaching theory and three for practical training.
Bitzer will also showcase its innovations at the new academy, including the CSVH compact screw compressor and the Scroll ORBIT 6 compressor in practical applications for heating and cooling.
