Colombia. From October 6 to 7, the city of Cartagena will host the Latin American Cold Chain Congress, which is organized by the Global Cold Chain Alliance and will be held at the Hilton Hotel.
The Cold Chain Congress brings together industry leaders and professionals involved in the cold chain for two days to discuss and learn about the best processes, technological innovations, trends and overcoming challenges that allow them to have a strengthened and more competitive supply chain.
The themes of the congress are divided into Administrative topics (Productivity and Human Resources), Operations: (Technology, Certifications, Safety and Safety, Operational Efficiency), Engineering (Infrastructure and Refrigeration Systems), Processes: (Post-harvest Theme, Transport and Processing and Packaging).
Additionally, the congress will have a commercial exhibition, as well as a space for business development and commercial links that will be held during the first day of the event.
The subscription to the congress has a cost of US$300 for GCCA Members and Grupo ProExport Colombia and US$350 for the general public.
