Panama. The air conditioning systems company, Ecox, which through its distributor Galpa Export Corporation markets its products in the region, recently held two seminars on Inverter Technology.
The first meeting was held at the Hotel El Panama and was attended by more than 170 refrigeration technicians and related branches, where John Homez, as instructor, and Jose Veiga, as commercial leader of the area, in addition to the companies Refristore, Cool House, International Sales Erlisaac and Refricool authorized distributors in the area, they served as hosts at the event.
In Costa Rica, the meeting was held in the Manuel María Granados auditorium at the INA headquarters in Uruca, which was attended by around 70 people, including students of technical careers and professors of related areas. There, in addition to Johan Homez, Carlos Homez, as commercial leader of the area, and Harold Restrepo, of the firm's engineering team, were present, who addressed the topic "Understanding Inverter Technology".
Within the training program, Ecox sought to inform and instruct attendees about the benefits of the Inverter system and its importance and impact on reducing electricity consumption by generating greater comfort.
In Costa Rica, the company donated a high-tech Inverter equipment of 12,000 BTU/hr with R410a refrigerant, which will serve for students to perform laboratory tests. Likewise, Carlos Homez, representing the brand, presented three award certificates to the best students of each promotion that contain refrigeration tools to stimulate attendees, and promised to establish a discount program for future technicians through a special card, in order to collaborate in the development of their future work experience and complement and reinforce their current studies.
The company assured that it will continue to carry out these trainings in the Caribbean, Central and South America to reinforce knowledge about the installation and maintenance of air equipment by wearing premises and residential areas.
