HemiPleat replacement filter cartridges are designed to fit all Oval industrial dust collectors, with patented bending technology that allows them to last longer and outperform cartridges made with standard folded filter media.
They feature synthetic beads that keep the folds open to expose more media to the air stream, increasing filter efficiency, reducing pressure drop, and facilitating better dust release during pulse cleaning.
Using these oval filters also reduces the operating costs of a dust collector because the system uses less compressed air and energy for the fan motor.
They are available with an efficiency of up to MERV 16. They come in a variety of filter media including nanofibers, flame retardants, synthetics, carbon, and PTFE. These filter cartridges can be safely used to collect any type of dust or smoke, including fine, fibrous, combustible, sticky and toxic dusts.
